  My girlfriend and I dropped off three prescriptions here last week to get filled (we were at the urgent Care across the street) and found out after the fact that the woman in the pharmacy never ran them thru her insurance. We paid close to 90 dollars for the prescriptions. We found out two days ago at CVS that she doesn't pay more than three dollars for ANY prescription. We came back today to explain what they did wrong and get our money back and were me with attitude from one woman and complete cluelessness from another woman. No one in this store right now has any idea what customer service is. I haven't seen one smile or friendly face from any employee. The Norristown store is 1000 times better.. yes NORRISTOWN! We won't be coming back

  I went to the pharmacy for a refill. I forgot to phone in the refill ahead of time but Melissa at the pharmacy was very very nice, patient and professional. She took the time to find the RX, explained the process for auto-refills, and ttreated me with kindness throughout the transaction. I will be using this as my primary pharmacy from now on! Thank you, Melissa!!
